I would reccommend that the Blood Skull Orogs cost as much as
mercenary infantry to muster(4GB) and maintain(2GB). This is because they
have the same stats as normal infantry, but they can take an extra hit and
it takes more money to buy their loyalty.

    Hope this helps.

Does anyone have any ideas for Muster and Maintenance costs for the orog army
war cards in The Rjurik Highlands set?

My campaign takes place in Tuornen, and I'm planning on having an orog
chieftain conquer all of the Five Peaks before moving on to human lands. The
war cards for the orog armies of the Blood Skull Baronies (from the Rj
Highlands) look perfect to use, but I can't find anything on how much it
costs to muster and maintain them.

    Any ideas?

I am working on something like that at the moment for the netbook, and
will be introducing a whole range of new units and muster costs for the
    various non-human armies.
Here is what I have so far for the units you mentioned

    Unit Cost: Mainenance:
Orog Infantry 4 GB 1 GB
Orog Archers 4 GB 1 GB
Orog Gaurds 8 GB 2 GB
Orog Irregulars 6 GB 2 GB (include overseers and construction troops)
Orog Elite Guard 12 GB 3 GB
Orog Sappers 4 GB 1 GB
Orog Lizard Riders 8 GB 2 GB

    Slaves 0 GB 1 GB
Slave Infantry 1 GB 1 GB
Slave Shields 0 GB 0 GB (cannon fodder).

I havn't finished the description of all the units yet, but hope this is
some help. I am also planning new Goblin and Gnoll units.

Why don't slaves cost money? I think that slaves should cost money (1GB)
first (you have, after all, to buy them. Or do you take them from
    pillaged land?)

This is to represent captured enemies, or slaves taken from pillaged
lands in raids. Therefore there is no cost to raise a unit of slaves.
