Hi , i would like to ask about loyalty and law holdings. What does "ignore changes" mean ? For example if i tax severly a province and have full law control , would that cause a loyalty decrease or what ? And how would i "ignore" it ?
It's kind of mysty in the rulebook.....

    Thanks

Sorry bothering you with simple questions but i am only a goblin commoner :) Plz forgive me . i surely have a lot of way until reaching the khan level ;)

Severe taxation will normally result in a reduction of loyalty in a province by 1 grade. (i.e. if you had Average loyalty, enforcing severe taxation would reduce the loyalty to Low)

If your regents controls all of the available Law Holding (Law 4 in a level 4 province) you can ignore the -1 for severe taxation along with one other reduction in loyatly (i.e. ignoring a random event, sending levies to a foreign war, etc.)

Controlling over half the maximum # of law holdings in a province allows you to ignore a one grade loss of loyalty.

Good luck in your pursuit of Khanship.

Why I never! :P At least I didn't put my response in a sentence that was spread out among many different postings. ;) No, really I was impressed with the explanation.
