Hey all...

Issue 309 of Dragon Magazine has an article on war spells. Basically, they are pumped-up versions of regular spells, much like battle spells. Each spell is only one level above it's normal counterpart, but you must take the War Spell feat to cast them, and they usually require a ton of material components.

So, i thought the article might be of interest to people here. It seems to me the system would fit into Birthtright quite well.
