Do animals have CHA scores, and if so what do they mean?

I’ve always rather imagined that in Anuire all paladins’ mounts are
descendants of the horse Haelyn was riding at Deismaar. I like the idea that
the church(es) of Haelyn have raised and bred the descendents of Haelyn’s
horse since then; I think it matches the setting better than the idea of
mounts as supernatural beings who appear out of nowhere when a paladin
reaches a particular level. Plus it ties paladins in a little closer to the
temple domains that dominate Cerilian religion, which I think is a good
    thing.

So anyway, since Gary posted his expanded blood abilities I’ve been thinking
about what kind of blood abilities would be appropriate for these mounts. I
figure that they have to have animal affinity (human), but I’m not sure what
else. Enhanced Ability seems logical, and I can certainly see a use for
paladin’s mounts to be really strong if they’re going to ride around
carrying blokes in steel giftwrap. However, another option for Anduiras’s
Enhanced Ability is CHA, and I’m not sure what a horse would get out of
that. I can see how a horse would be smarter, and I can see how it would be
wiser (at least in terms of will saves), but I’m not sure what advantages a
    charismatic horse would have.

Of course, one of the nice things about Gary’s upgrading system is that it
allows me to expand the improvements beyond that of just STR/CHA, so I CAN
make these mounts smarter or wiser if I choose.

A horse with a high charisma might have the effect of a rally ability for
other horses. Horses are a hierarchical species, and if mundane horses
recognize the paladin`s warhorse as the "herd" alpha, it may well mean that
horses in a radius have morale bonuses against fear and loss of control of a
mount. A charge lead by a paladin`s warhorse would then mean that all of
the following horses would be more likely to follow the leader into danger.

Rather than AnAf (human) they could have AnAf (horses) to reflect their
ability to influence their own kind.

The first two BP of the Travel blood ability could also make sense for a
"divine destrier" too, as would Direction Sense. A BP or two in Courage
might be appropriate. In fact, any of the blood abilities that replicate
the paladin-like powers could work, particularly Protective Aura, but maybe
even a BP or two of Healing. The various derivations of Enhanced Sense has
several powers that might be appropriate. It may seem strange to have a
horse with the senses of a cat or eyes of an hawk (though it`s probably not
much weirder than a horse with an affinity for horses) if one ignores that
color commentary the powers themselves might be apt. Similarly, the actual
game mechanical effects of the Iron Will ability (mostly additional hit
    points) could also work.

One could then come up with for or five different "types" of such horses
    with various powers and abilities.

Animals have CHA; everything that has WIS also have CHA, and vice versa (ref. SRD).

In my opinion blooded war horses should follow the same rules then blood hounds (blooded war dogs).

When the gods sacrificed themself at Mount Desmaar their essences rained upon all who stood on the battlefield, including animals involved in the conflict.

These animals look just like others of there spiecies, with one notable expection: a bloodmark.

There is a 5% chance that an animal has inherited an unusually strong bloodline and with it one additionnal, minor blood ability. If so, the ability can be chosen from the following list (keeping in mind the animals bloodline derivation):

    Courage
    Detect Illusion
    Detect Life
    Direction Sense
    Ironwill
    Long Life
    Poison Sense
    Resistance
