Compared to True Strike, this spell simply sucks. Wow a whole +1! Might aswell mark it as never used next to it.

If they removed the silly "one shot per caster level" drawback, it would actually be worth a damn. With the way it's written, why would I take this over magic weapon? Sure, it's got an hour/level duration, but if I'm low level, I only get a shot or two, and I don't think I'd have a good chance of hitting, so I'd probably use up the spell before the duration runs out.
