A question to the list of "Common Units": (p. 115 and onwards)

In the Anuirean section for example Knights are listed as the sum
of Cavalry-Heavy Armour-Veteran unit if I got the parts right.

Does that mean that when performing the Muster action an Anuirean Regent
may muster Knights as Veteran units as they are common in his lands?

Or may any regent only muster green units and has to improve them through
    battle and training?

Then the common units listed would be units you are likely to encounter in
that region but already existent for some time?
    bye

The standard Anuirean knight is: Cavalry with heavy armor and veteran status. If you wish to muster inexperienced noble lords you can do so as well. You can mix and match whatever you want up to the addition restrictions.

It all depends on relative level of civilization and "order".

The "muster requirement" is based on total muster cost. Knights (HvCav+) are
expensive... but they can indeed by mustered (as Veterans) in any province
that has the required holdings, as per page 118. In this case, a regent would
need a law (6) or temple/guild (8 or even higher if their are opposing law holdings)
in order to raise "Veteran" Heavy Calvary (i.e. Knights) with a 6 GB muster cost.

Smaller holdings would probably have to muster the troops as standard
or green and then train them up to the desired experience level.
