I am going to post a piece from an e-mail sent out by Arjan:
"I will make a download page where all the links to mirrors are on.
It will also have counters, so you know how many downloads there have been.
Thus, the only link to the file is from BRnet. I don`t allow other links
from any website directly to the file, otherwise we lose track of the times
its being downloaded.
(this is important information for further development...and maybe
publishing BR)"
