I was just wondering about when this third edition Birthright will be done. It looks to me like you guys bought the rights and are just sitting on it. This place is so dead...
How much time do i have to get my game out first. What exactly is Birthright copywrited material (words.. Province, Law, Guild, gold bars?) cause I want to know if I can use those words:p
To be the King of Cerilia takes more than than just an iron fist, it also takes a golden heart.

No one has bought the right to the game. You can use any of the
copyrighted material (with permission) as long as you include the
appropriate references to TSR/WotCs original copyrighted works and
provide your work free-of-charge on the official Birthright website
(i.e. www.birthright.net). This includes the use of artwork and other
TSR/WotCs copyrighted Birthright material. All in all, I`m VERY
impressed with WotC`s openness and support for fan-produced works.

A draft of the fan-created d20 Birthright Campaign Setting Rulebook
will be released in a few weeks. The work may or may not be "complete"
but it certainly won`t be "done". The work will only be "done" IMHO
after the entire community has had a chance to digest it, playtest it,
find problems/errors, make suggestions, and otherwise modify it to
reflect the general spirit of d20 Birthright as played by this
community. This process could take several months.

I wish you luck on your project and look forward to seeing your
    contributions.

Okay, can you give a basic idea of when the 3e will be out? Also will it be for sell as a hard copy, or will it be online, or will it be sold online?
Let the Light burn, the Darkness rise, and the Shadows rule forever more for I am their warrior and he who would destroy the balance must first destroy me.

Everything I have ever told you, even this, is a lie.

It will be out in a few weeks to a month or two. It will be a PDF (?) and be
official in that it was released by the Official website. It will be free.
There should be a small flurry of activity here and on many of the online
d20 news sites (ENWorld, Gaming Report, etc...)

Not a member of the team, just a private Joe doing his duty. Take it with a
    grain of salt.

    Later,
