Hi

I do. But then I use a modified aristocrat class which get the Leadership feat as a bonus feat at 2nd level. In addition, the levels of charcters in my campaign is significantly higher (more 3E) than that presented in 2E BR. In fact, when generating new regents, you start at 6th level.
