I have realized that using experience for domain actions in Birthright
Netbook would cause 3rd edition characters to advance much faster.

Does anyone have experience rules for 3rd edition?

I have been giving 10 points for a failed action, and 100 points for a successful action. It works out alright for me.

I have my own table on my website, though its a bit controversial for some people... but your welcome to take a peek. Its under "General/OPtional Rules" --> "Experience Points for Domain Actions".
