The system I use for domain creation is based off of the d20 version of BL strength where it had a starting range comparable to other statistics.

In my 3.0 game I use the following modifications.

I use an open ended battle map with fortifications at the center. Each unit is represented in a singel square.

For every 5 extra a unit hits...

In my 3.0 game I assighn a CR = the base unmodified DC of the domain action -10. That way exp is related to the challenge rating. Exceptional successes yeilding RP as usual.

If I have a unit of Breght infantry can I charge?

Basically if they can then they can do damage to an enemyunit and possibly destroy it before that unit can act.
