Need background info from Cities of the Sun

Hi folks, among the few BR stuff I´m missing is the Cities of the Sun expansion. As I´m preparing an epic (read: nasty) campaign right now, I´m looking for any information regarding the Itave, and el-Sheighül. el-Sheighül is a priority as I´ve heard that he is one of the Lost, and they are my favorite villains ;) .
