The message says 'slow down', that she downloads too many at once.

It was the first download...

Did you try to reload? Did you double-click the link?

Same thing happened to me the other day. I did not double click or reload, but as soon as I down loaded one it told me to wait 45 secs before I could do another.

Oh, well there always has to be a delay between each download. Yes, it might be a bit overprotective, but that's the way Arjan set it up. It isn't too long to wait.

does the problem still occurs?

yes, but if you wait, you can download afterwards

Miyako clicks very carefully, just once. It always comes up with the same thing, that she must wait 58 or 57 seconds. So the new plan was to try right-clicking, but that only lets me download an '.html document'.

No fortune there.

Will try again.

Afterward:

Still the same problem. Miyako will just have to try using the wiki, and the copy plus paste combination. Ganbare!

Miyako has tried with a couple different files from different sections. This could be a personal problem and not a Birthright.net problem...

Better try seeing if there are others with the same problem as Miyako is presently experiencing.

If there are none, there is no reason to look too hard.

Please let everyone know what you find out.

THE PROBLEM:
Have not downloaded any files.
One click.
Receive a 'must wait XX sec. to download more' message.
This occurs with multiple attempts, making it impossible to download anything.

you probably choose a file to download, and when the pop up came you canceled.. you did not download the file, but since you pressed the button it thinks you did.

there is no way to "fix" that.

Sono Torii (that's it)!

Her first thought was 'wait, pop-up square?'

It was a personal problem after all. Thank you!

Well I'm still having the problem. I turned off my pop up blocker and still having an issue. No pop up at all. One click, then it tells me I have downloaded too soon. I've not downloaded anything.
