the second page looks more complete, the only difference beyond extra info in page 2 is a level drop - I'm guessing that I goofed when updating him and made a new page.

Languages, levels, alignment, attributes differ, which is pretty significant IMHO.

The Roaman page is more complete, but there are errors on it, such as spacing and an incorrect picture caption. Which one will be wiped/redirected?

Hmm, the stat block in Raoman was clearly obsolete - he's a guy.

I've updated and deleted, my apologies btw, Ps Dho doesn't have stat blocks/etc in it so I didn't look at that part of the page.
