Hi everyone Regents!
I'm going to start a new campaign (my first in BR) and I would ask you infos about this PNG. She is described in PGStHogunmark (I have it not in pdf but in paper), and she lives in Narikja Glacier.
Thank you in advance.
Ciao, Andrea

I'm not sure what you are asking. What is a PNG? The Lady of Mourning is Nesirie and her tears formed (or so it is said), the Nesirie Glacier, which in Rjurik is the Narikja Glacier.

Hi Kgauck!
I was wrong: PNG (Personaggio Non Giocante) is NPC (Non Player Character).
Surely I did a mistake and I understood The Lady was a NPC.
Thank you so much. :)

There is no reason not to have a reclusive sorceress / hermit priestess / awnie / ancient elf / etc in the glacier if you want one - the glacier is noted as retreating and all sorts of interesting things could be uncovered by its slow retreat after being lost centuries/millennia ago.

True. Melting ice can reveal all sort of things. In our campaign a dead body was found after the iceberg in which it was incased fully melted. It was a bit of a pain trying to work out where the body came from originally (which happened to be a Rjurik village in Kvigmar over the other side of the Krakennauricht). Luckily the body was recognised, it was missing a known ring and that was located with the help of some scrying and Rjurik knowledge.
Note also that the BR wiki has a page for an NPC called the Ice Lady. That is also a name for Kreisha, who her namesake worships. Was that NPC taken from a Player's Secrets or totally fan-based?

The Ice Lady is one of mine, she's from Danigau (P20 Havens) and dominates some temples there. Strictly I got her title wrong, but by the time I'd remembered that I was using the goddess's nickname as the title for the priestess I'd used it throughout the PS and wiki. :o
As a title for a high priestess of Kriesha it fits, so I didn't see a big reason to change it. Of course it could represent true arrogance by the priestess and we all know that pride goes before the fall, I wonder what the white witch thinks of it...
