View Full Version : BR and AGoT's Influence rules?
About this time last year, there was a wnadering thread started by a discussion of the Game of Thrones d20 rules. I just bought these yesterday, and am only halfway through them.
My question is for those who have tried to mesh them with BR: what did you think of the Influence & Reputation rules, and the like? To me, those seem for more important in a setting like either Westeros or Cerilia.

That should read FAR more important.

I was toying with using Influence to figure out how much regency you collected from certain holdings. If you maxed out your influence on a holding, you got 100% of the regency from it regardless of class (except for sources). Not sure how the math played out but it seemed like a good idea at the time.
I am now abandoning d20 altogether and focussing on Savage Worlds as a rules set, since nobody seems to have done this one yet.
