Barbarians

I am running two campaigns, one with a Rjuvik barbarian, and the other has a Vos barbarian. In both of these for domain actions I treat them exactly as fighters, but in adventure mode I have the Rjurik Brb only go into a rage when something triggers it, and the Vos Brb can rage whenever he wants. Has anyone done anything different?

We had a Vos barbarian in our party. He worked just like a PHB Barbarian as far as combat and he had a domain. For regency he worked like a fighter but had some problems since he was illiterate. Mostly that was for roleplaying.
