Gorgon's skills wrong?

I just noticed that the Gorgon doesn't get RPs from sources. He has no ranks in knowledge (arcana) or knowledge (nature). Isn't that a bit silly? :) Additionally, shouldn't he have lead skill and battle caster feat?
