Should anyone be wanting / needing it, the Book of Regency is free on drivethrurpg. Not sure for how long it remains free.

Thanks for the heads up! The product page didn't mention Birthright at all, so it didn't show up in my notifications. They must have added it in the last year or two since that's when I completed my collection on there and stopped searching for new things.

It's actually not even under the Birthright category, just like the Book of Priestcraft, if I remember right.
