Disable word highlights to wiki pages?

All the random links inserted on keywords is pretty disruptive to reading posts. How do I disable this feature?

I don't think you can, sorry - it is core feature of the wiki that you can cross-link, at least one version of the wiki has even linked automtically. You could I suppose copy and paste into word but that's only useful if you are building a reference library.

I have the dhoesone and danigau stuff in pdf/word and some of the other bits, but there is a lot on the wiki that I don't have in traditional format.
