In the BRCS under Trade Routes it says a trade route generates half the guilds level in GB, but then under "Domain Income Collection" it says "Trade routes generate a base income per season equal to their level" and maintains this in table 5-11.

Is the Trade Route level just half your guild holdings level that is part of the trade route?

This does not seem to be one of the errors that has been identified in the BRCS: http://www.birthright.net/forums/showwiki.php?title=BRCS:Errata . If the community does feel that it is an error, please clearly write a correction in this thread so that the mods can add it to the online errata wiki page.

I'm still confused what it means by "Trade Route Level" as it never explicitly details buying a specific level for your trade routes.

It sounds like it is referring to half the level of the guild as the trade route level. That would mean that if the guild at each end controlled all the possible guild holdings then the trade route would generate GB equal to the average of the province level, which was the old rule under 2e.
