Domain Tracking and Upkeep

I have long sought a method to easily track player's realms, RP, GB and the like, but have yet to find something that either works with my windows 8.1, or uses the most updated rules for 3rd edition. Does anyone know of anything that would solve my issue?

Any type of spreadsheet would do the trick.

As bob notes there are various spreadsheets out there, generally tailored to the house-rules of whoever created them and of various quality.

I note that if using electronic tools, you usually need at least 2 - one for turn summaries listing actions, any DC modifiers, GB/RP spend, and often tracking domain assets; and a second sheet that then tracks each domain's end-turn position.

As an alternative to spreadsheets there is also birmail http://birmail.sourceforge.net/ which was built for the Leicester Birthright Community.
