Can someone just clarify the meaning of Maintenance/Season with the two costs in Table 5-4: asset maintenance costs.

Yes, it is a little vague with / meaning "per" in the column title and being a fractional demarcation in the values.

So
Bridge (wood) = Asset type

3 GB = construction cost

1/4 GB (0.25 GB) = maintenance cost per season
