Buy a Player's Hand Book. OGL prevents the posting of that list.

I think
http://www.drivethrurpg.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=1946

might have the chart in it. I don't have that book so I'm not certain. (Can anyone that has that book confirm/deny)?

Also, I don't know what kind of trade agreements their are with Singapore, but I know the PHB is translated and sold in many countries. Also, if you look around, I'm sure their are online stores out their, willing to ship out of country.

At any rate hte idea of buying a book jsut to check the XP chart seems a bit ridiculous, consdiering the closet thing to D&D i play are BR PBEMs, most of which have no or little character level mechanism at all.

The formula I believe is present level x 1000 plus exp required to attain the present level.

There is actually a mathmatical fomula for it believe it or not it is not a seemingly random set of numbers like it was in 2nd ed.

The additional amount of XP needed to get to the next level equals your current level * 1.000. ;)

Do scion levels count towards the current level * 1000 thing?

yes every class or scion level counts that way a 10th lvl fighter 2nd lvl scion would be counted as a12th lvl character.
