What's with the downloads?

Every time I try to download something I get the "slow down" message evenon the first attempt to download something. Anybody else having this issue?

I try with your account. i get this message when i get lot of download at the same time or near the same time :

Slow Down! You are trying to download files too quickly. You must wait 35 seconds before you may download another file.
it's perfectly normal. between each download, you must wait some second.

I know about having to wait, but the problem was I got that message on my first try. However, it is working now, so whatever the glitch was it has been resolved.

i try and there are no problem for me. May be there are a cache problem for you ?

Could you try again and say me what you do step by step (i connect in this page, i go to this page, i click here etc..) ?
Afetr this, i will investigate more.

I go to Birthright.net, I log in, I get the Invalid Redirect page, I click on downloads, go to the one I want, click download, and I get the slowdown screen,

I know it is not a cache issue because it happens on three different computers. In order to download I have to go through a Tor proxy. And I know it isn't something to do with my ISP because I have changed ISPs since the last time it happened.

I have rebooted, run CCleaner, etc. and none of it makes any difference.
