You can buy 3.0 and 3.5 books in Noble Knight Games:
http://www.nobleknight.com/
They offer superb international shipping options, their prices are very good, their items are in the state they say they are (so if they say excellent, the book is really excellent :), and they are having a huge sale right now :D
I have bought a ton of things from them in Spain and never had a problem.
Regards!

Am I correct in thinking you are just after the general handbooks for Dungeons and Dragons 3.0 or 3.5 edition? I ask this because there is no official 3.5 Birthright material, just the D20/3.5 BRCS produced by this community (which is for free!). See http://www.birthright.net/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=29
If you are after any official Birthright books or other publications, you will only find them second-hand and for use with D&D 2nd Edition (aka AD&D). See BR Wiki (http://www.birthright.net/forums/showwiki.php?title=Birthright_publications) for a list of all official Birthright publications.

Wizards of the Coast have just signed a deal with DriveThru RPG and opened up a website called D&D Classics that is going to have all the out of print D&D products on it.
There is no Birthright stuff there yet, but it should come online sometime soon.
If anyone bought PDFs from either DriveThru RPG or RPG Now*, the PDFs they bought will automatically be restored to their collection (and also replaced with WotCs new and improved scans).
* = Sadly if you bought via Paizo or anyone else, you are out of luck. The D&D Classics deal is an exclusive one.
I'm not sure what the quality of the new scans of Birthright gaming products will be like, but it shouldn't take too man weeks before D&D Classics starts getting around to adding BR products.

The quality of the new PDFs has been superb so far (at least superb for such old products :)).

There are no official Birthright 3.0/3.5 books. The only D&D 3.0 books relating to Birthright are those produced by birthright.net with the permission of WOTC. The br.net books are free to download and relate to AD&D/D&D 2 material that is copyright to WOTC. See our Downloads section. [1]
For the complete list of official Birthright publications from WOTC, see http://www.birthright.net/forums/showwiki.php?title=Birthright_publication . These are all still under copyright to WOTC.

[1] There is actually one WOTC 3.5 Birthright magazine article - http://www.birthright.net/forums/showwiki.php?title=Bloodlines_for_D_and_D_3_5, but our BRCS 3.0/3.5 is more complete and polished.

There are no official Birthright 3e books. It was a fan work, an it's in the wiki of this website (a few chapters made it to a PDF for download).

My understanding is that as the official fansite and required under our licence from WOTC to upgrade BR to new versions of D&D, the BRCS created by members of br.net is the official 3e version - but as the current staff at Hasbro don't seem to be aware of the licence and don't want it to continue for new versions of D&D, the BRCS was never completed and WOTC would probably have ignored brcs if they re-released BR it's all a bit irrelevant.
