3.5 Conversion of Tal-Quazar

I recall awhile back someone posted a 3.5 conversion of the Spider, but now I can't seem to find any reference to it. I remember there being some talk of it being a very well done conversion, but other than that, I'm drawing a blank.

Can anyone point me to the right thread??

Anyone have this? I'm looking to move a campaign into the spiderfell in about 2-3 more sessions.
