Greetings,

Does anyone know where I could find Campaign Cartographer 2 files for Birthright? We're looking to start a local game and I think this would be a great help. I know that it was once on the forum, but the link is dead.

thanks in advance.

If your looking just for maps here is a link http://people.ku.edu/~wschwarz/birthright.html
just click on the map link there, If your looking for a program that you can use to edit the birthright maps let me know if you find it because I could sure use some thing like that. Because im not realy sure what this Campaign Cartographer is, hope this helps you if not explain what CC is and I'll see if one of my buds can help you.

Campaign cartographer is a CAD program, tweaked for use in fantasy and other

gaming. It allows one to make and edit one`s own maps, but I`ve not seen it

able to import files of otehr maps for editing. My wife liked the first

edition, but since kids have come along, we really have not been able to use the CC2

versions.

The big advantage of CC2 is that we could modify maps, adding roads or kingdom boundry lines. If anyone else knows a good way to do that please let me know.

Here is the link to the posts referencing the files that were around.

Hopefully someone has them tucked away still.

thanks

Hi,

I use PSP to make maps. You can simply import scans of existing BR maps

from various products, and then use them as a basis for a multilayered

map.

That way you can mix and match what you want you maps to show with a

minimum of fuzz. You could have one map showing borders and realm names,

another which focuses on towns, river names etc., and another with

province names and levels.

It is also useful in that you can later expand or alter you maps with

relative ease.
