I can't help you with the points section of it, but if you look at my
webpage (listed below) and follow the BR link, you will find the
conversion I did into Fantasy Hero. There really isn't much there in
the way of mechanics, but I stole from the Faiths and Avatars book
and went into detail on the various Priesthoods.
