Hello=A1

I'm writting from Spain, so I beg your pardon for my not perfect english.

I have been mastering Birthright for a year and a half (since it was
published more or less) in the beatiful realm of Roesone. We have played the
Sword and Crown and Sword of Roele, and now the party has been redirected
(by a powerful spell) to the Shadow World. My problem is that, although I
have all the official published material of the game, I don't have much
information about the Shadow World. Is there any article in the Dragon
Magazine? or something like that?

Thanks in advance.

Did you ever play Ravenloft? If you did you could use that as the Shadow
World as I did when my characters went to the Shadow World to follow a lich.

"Now how did that spell go again?"
-Fizban,the befuddled mage.

Yes, we have played Ravenloft a lot of times, but my players hate it, and I
don't want that they think Shadow World is the Ravenloft of Birthright.
Thanks, but I think it would't be a good solution for me and my party. My
players and myself have played the "Grim Harvest" campaign with another
master, and the only mention to Ravenloft make us cry nervously.

Thanks,

The BR novel the Iron Throne has a good amount of detail for the SW, and if
I remember correctly Greatheart, has a little SW in it to. I also seem to
remember that an issue of Dragon did have soom SW stuff in it. It may have
been in the Sept. or Oct. issues I'm not sure, sorry I don't have my mags handy.

Its a shame your Players don't like RL, but I think your right that RL
dosen't work well as the SW. The SW needs to be something unique to BR, or
else I think it loses some of its appeal. Prehaps TSR will eventually put
out a supplement detailing the SW, until then we have to make it up as we go.
