Saturday night, one of my players did something he will never forget. He
does not know it yet, but the consequences will be horrible.
He cast subversion on a unit of soldiers, stationed in Cariele by the
Guilds of the North, and made them attack Markazor.
The Gorgon was outraged that somebody dared attack his puppets, and even
as you read this, he is casting subversion in the Giantdowns to keep
Tuarhievel off his back while he attacks all of Anuire...
The War Has Begun! Quake in Terror, for the Gorgon wants YOUR Blood!

Looking at the map today I noticed that there seems to be an area of land that
lies unclaimed between Carliele, Tuarhievel, Markazor, and Mhoried. It is
about the province but doesn't seem to be part of any of these kingdoms.
Its also the only area of land that can be used for Carliele to get into
Markazor. So just wondering what was in this area that made no-one claim it.
Oh send some more infomation about what the gorgon is upto and I will use it
in my campaign in a few weeks time. After my players are finished with their
current problem.

The province without a name belongs to Markazor, look at the colored border
carefully and you'll see it.
Perhaps its dwarven name is unpronouncable ;)

I noticed this little anomaly too.
What I have done for my PBEM Birthright campaign is to say that the
borders of this province have been sealed by a "Warding" Realm Spell
since the battle of Deismaar and nobody can recall who or what lies
beyond the barrier.
This is going to end up being a MAJOR plot device in the campaign though
whether for good or evil will not be decided until the barrier is
breached.
One important note: The Gorgon has NEVER tried to breach the barrier and
if he is wary of what lies beyond then BEWARE.
