This seems to be a really powerful class. I would suggest making the preregs a little higher. Maybe needing 5th level spells. The class reminds me of the true necromancer and it really should be a little harder to get into. For a class that gives you an ability and a spellcasting every level, it should be either 7th or 10th level entrance requirement.
