Does anyone use Warhammer Fantasy Battle Rules with the Birthright game? I
would like to know what (and how you did) the conversions. Email me
privately ASWELL AS the list. I have some suggestions that may be off topic
for the list but still Birthright oriented.
Thanks

i'm learning the system at the urging of a friend who is into it. i
have not gotten far enough into it to really know what it is like,
though. please share your ideas with me, anyway.

Warhammer Fabtasy rules are ok, but you don't have 100's of units doing the
battles. It takes a long time to play with a big army, so that is a big draw
back.To unsubscribe from this list send mail to majordomo@lists.imagiconline.com

What I was thinking is using figure-rules rather than warcards. I had also
thought of using a 10- or 20-sided die for rolls rather than 6-sided to make
up the "many units" one figure would represent.
I have some ideas as well to use the CC2 program, the CC2 Viewer, and the
Windows bitmap program (included with windows) to have MASSIVE battles
online. Basically thousands of troops on one map. Speaking of which, has
anyone here done a map of Cerilia in CC2?

Not only do large army battles take a long time (each figure is an
individual w/ its own actions) the magic system is VASTLY different and
would require a total rewrite (and subsequent playtesting).
