ADMIN: List Administrator?

I started getting a bunch of bounces for this lists moderator
rtifft@usa.net saying that he closed his account. Since I don't listen
to the list, I don't know if he just changed his address, handed list admin
duties to someone else, or just up and disappeared.

Any way, if any of you know how to contact him, he needs to either give me
a new email address so he can continue his duties, or find a replacement if
he no long can continue. I don't have time to run the list, so if I don't
hear from him in a week, I'm going to solicit admin candidates for another
week. If I don't have a responsible party by then, I'll be forced to close
the list, something I don't want to do.

Help me out here folks!

I think he has vanished. I haven't seen him post anything on the list
for at least 6 months.
