Greetings again,
I just watched Elizabeth tonight with my wife.
I give it a thumbs up in general, and a regency point for its value =
toward BR games.
The politics involved in the film were great. I won't spoil it for =
anyone who has yet to
see it, but it is worth the watch. The whole time I was watching it I =
was thinking about
how much of it can be used in my own game.=20
Especially the focus on the troubles of a female regent. All the =
questions of the heir
came up, and it was fascinating to see how it was resolved in the film. =
(note that there
were some departures from real history in the film, but that did not =
devaluate it at all.)
If you have watched it and used some of what you saw, please start a =
spoilers thread
so we can discuss this. I really think it can apply to the game, =
especially in Anuire.
If you have yet to watch it, shame on you! :)
