Isn't there the Adytum page, that is doing something along these lines?
Pieter Sleijpen
Yes, the Adytum is a project which I have recently started which attempts to
collect all manner of "Cerilia relevant" material. I am avoiding specific game
mechanics (such as blood lines, blood abilities, and domain actions) since that is
the area of expertise held by Darkstar's Netbook.
I am looking for all manner of articles, big and small. PBeM characters are
currently the biggest collection I have (and some of these are very good, though I
would love to see more). I keep meaning to sort through the archives as well, and
try and pull out some of the 'greatest' posts, but to date, I haven't been able to
muster the time to do so. If anyone has a favorite post, or knows of one in the
archives, please let me know. (I have a few in mind as well, but still have to
contact the authors for permission to post. Remember the Blooded discussion from
last year? The Lost? etc. Ahhhh..... classics.) :)
Morg
(PS. A few folks asked me what the heck an "Adytum' was. The Adytum is the name
of the Spiders 'lair'. It was taken from the novel "The Spider's Test' by Dixie
Lee McKeone. In the dictionary, it is defined as meaning 'sanctuary'.)

I agree with your suggestions. I've never joined the OCP simply because I
hadn't much intrest in the city. I think we should have a Big Birthright
Homepage. Basically something we submit to every search engine we can find, and
will serve as the starting page for all our collections. Links to every major
Birthright page. And an up-to-date links page to every Birthright homepage. I
think we should keep the OCP as a seperate project and use Morg's Adytum for all
other OCP-type Cerilian stuff. I would be very willing to do the
as-current-and-comprehensive-as-possible links page. What do you think about
this starting point page (I'm thinking along the lines of ITSoD's main page that
has links to the other regional pages)? Anyone want to design it? How about an
Online Birthright logo and button? If we have the huge mass of Birthright stuff
that is on the web today all linked to from one page (with a visit counter, of
course), we can easily show WotC how much player devotion there is (and how much
they're not making by letting us do the work).
Sorry if the above isn't totally coherent, I'm writing as I think it up.
