The beauty of the BR regency descriptions is that you can see it as
worshipfulness, and run a campaign where regents win their people over with
heroic adventures; and I can see regency as political capital and run a
campaign where realms are run by compitent administration, resource
management, and political savvy.
If they defined things too closely, most of us on this list might have taken
one look at this boxed set and found it in the wrong vein.
