I've gone over the map oh TRH and written down the provinces I could find
with scandinavian names....

Nordcapp: The northernmost point of the norwegian mainland is Nordkapp
(meaning Cape North in english
Mandal: A town on the south coast of Norway is called Mandal
Trondelaag (which Sindre metioned): An area in Norway
Soroya: This means the southern island in Norwegian, and is the name of a
northern
mainland provice in Rjurik
Bjornoya: Means the Island of the bear, in BR it's an inland province.
Folda fjord: In the northern part of Norway there is a fjord called Folda.
Jamkaping: Could be mistaken for Jönköping in Sweden
Vejle and Viborg: Both are Danish towns
Halten: Could be mistaken for the Norwegian town Halden
Odemark: A bit far fetched this one, but ødemark is the Norwegian word for
wasteland.

I hope this wasn't too boring for all you non-scandinavians out there.

Torne: a rvier/town in the borderlands between Finland and sweden.

Jokkajoen: If I don't misstake so this is a name of a river in swedish
lappland, then endform "joen" which means 'the rivers ...." should have
been joki
