Anyone know where I can find good maps of Cerilian domains? ex: A map of Avanil, a Map of the Gorgon's Crown and the immeditate surrounding nations. That sorta thing.

Except for the Player's Secrets booklets there is preciously little of this kind of information available. It is all depending on what you mean by 'good' maps. Several websites have put up various players' creations for public use. The ones at bloodsilver.com are of particularly good quality.
