Has anyone created, or have access to a decent NPC generator that works w/ BR? All the searches that I have done have found very little. If anyone can help me, I would GREATLY appreciate it.

I haven't found one, and as a PBeM player, it would come in handy...

No, I don't know of anything like you are asking for.

What I usually do is use the ScionForge spreadsheet to generate a character, and use it as an NPC. Don't have to fill in everything since it's NPC, but you can make a rough character fairly quickly.

It's a kludge, but it works.

Not very advanced, but it works.
