First, the knights of Haelyn, I would be wary of such, especially if
your knights are part of a allied sect or of the same sect and the land
you wish to attack, however if they are of a rival sect your luck should
be a bit better in trying to convince the knights into attacking.

Second assassination action, it depends on the story I am building and
who the target of the assassination is. Be very warry of setting up
situations where PC's are trying to assassinate each other. Also when I
run games, most civilized peoples in BR have a great aversion to killing
off a blooded person, and any assassination of a blooded person is
usually bound to make regents for miles around very nervous.
