Taragin -
I like except Torazan is "suppose" to be an Abyssal Lord, thereby putting
his plane in the Abyss. He would also be in the Blood War there and I would
include in his portfolio war along with what you have listed.
What I've come up with from my little research is he/she should be an
Abyssal Lord of Near to Demi-Power. He's had 1400(?) years since the war at
Deissmar to reassemble his troops in the Abyss and take over a level. I've
assumed he has True blooded abilities and have assigned him the following:
Alter Appearance (major)
Animal Affinity (great) - I've altered this to include Orogs (not saying my
Orogs are
serpents or anything)
Battlewise (major)
Divine Aura (Great)
Enhanced Sense (major)
Persuasion (major)
Regeneration (great)
Resistance (great)
Invulnerability (great)
Long Life (great)

I've had his appearance change from that of a balor to more of a giant
winged Orog. This would be his avatar.

For relics I'm saying his weapon and armor were left behind after the blast
at Deissmar and are the only "true" relics. In "Warlock of the Stonecrowns"
it mentions some hide as a relic and I'd say these are false relics. The
relics have not been recovered and as far as I know no one is searching for
them as no one knows they exist.

Now the drawback of having Torazan a Abyssal Lord is the shamans are limited
to 3rd level spells (On Hallowed Ground, p50). In an old dragon I did come
across orc witchdoctors and in there it said the diety pays special
attention to his rare witchdoctors and therefore might grant them a 4th
level spell. I would include specialty priests in this category as they
would definitely be favored above shamans by Torazan. As seen in "Warlock
of the Stonecrowns", a shaman will worship just about anyone to get a spell.
In S&P a half-orc can advance to 4th lvl cleric, with 18 wisdom he can go up
to 7th which would allow him the 1 4th level spell. So this all pretty much
runs together cohesively. I run the half-orog as a half-orc for simplicity
reasons. If you tell a PC he's going to max at 7th it also keeps them
(usually) from chosing that race in the first place.

As for worshippers alignment, why evil? I would go so far for a new diety
to say any non good. He is the new kid on the block and needs all the
worshippers he can get.
