You are absolutely right! "...muscle bound dart wielder" is indeed a silly image.

Make sure that everyone around him alerts him to how much a sissy he is.
(where is this Vos anyway, he's not likely to be to trusted outside of
Vosgaard...
heck being a big sissy stick chucker he's not going to be respected in Vosgaard
either). If someone wants to make a character like that, it's just fine, just
make
sure NPCs alert the character how silly he looks.
