Rules for Scions?

Hey yall,
As mentioned earlier I am new to Birthright.net. So here's my question? People keep mentioning the "Scion" class but I have not been able to find any descriptions or rules for it. Could someone please clue me in? Thanks.

It is in Chap 2 (santioned version).
