I believe he's the major sourceholder in Rhuelgard with his center of power being in the
Zedforest. He should be detailed....no, detailed isn't the right word.... mentioned there.

In my campaign I have Dirk Kallenach, the High Mage of Berhagen, MBrecht, W9, Vo?, minor, 22?
as the sourceholder in Berhagen and eastern Muden. This cuts into Greencloak's power base
somewhat. Dirk was completely outlined in the RPGA adventure used for the 1996 BR benefit.
I don't know why he didn't make it into Havens... I think he's a great addition to the area.
