For anyone who has Microsoft Plus! and can make desktop themes (in the
Control Panel window) I am working on a Birthright theme. Attached is
what I have so far. Diffrent sounds and Icons soon to come.
Any comments please tell me.

Um, you do know you AREN'T suppose to send binaries to the list,
though I think you managed NOT to do that(either that or the list autokilled
it),
next time we may not be so lucky, so why not just get some webspace and
put the stuff there, then give out the link?

Whoa... we aren't allowed to include attachments? Since when?
I'm just curious. I'm not trying to insult anyone or anything.

Attachments? As long as they are plain text, yes, those are AFAIK, fine,
binaries are however another matter, especially one as large as a theme
pack would probably be.

I suggest you consult the list FAQ, assuming there is one, try asking one
of the moderators.

Text attachments should appear as normal e-mail messages, at least they
should. It depends how you have your e-mail program set up. The text of
that message did not appear, and I have seen others that havn't so it
has something to do with the e-mail program they are using. If you have
netscape communicator then you text attachment should appear as part of
the message, like the ones I send out.

And how your mail provider has their system set up..

Actually he has Juno, which while great for the price DOES NOT accept
mail with attachments, or if nothing else dumps them automatically.
