I think all abilities would work on other planes

Depends on the plane.....and where you are on it...

I think that I saw somewhere(in planescape?), that blood abilities are tied
to the planet of Aebrynis and if a blooded character were to go
planewalking, the abilities would diminish to the point of non useable. The
abilities would come back if the character returned to Aebrynis. I think
the time limit was 5d6 days, but I am not sure.

I was at Gen Con last year with several others and we attended a BR seminar
about the Shadow World. A subject came up that was about this line in the
Planescape accessory and Ed Stark made the correction that the bloodline and
blood abilities that derive from it are not affected by distance from
Cerilia. Now, if a *regent* were to travel the planes, he would stop
recieving the connection that he has to his/her lands, but he would remain
blooded until that bloodline was taken from him
Thus, the line in the Planescape accessory is incorrect.
Hope this clarifies things,
Memnoch

Then there's also the line in On Hallowed Ground that tells how blooded
scions can gain more "blood points" by slaying proxies. Hrmm... time to go
avatar hunting!

Where is this? I don't recall seeing it. I would like the page reference if
you don't mind.

Shoot me for a fool.... I //know// I read it in there... somewhere. Its
going to take me a while to find it again, that, or maybe I'm just
imagining things again. I get accused of that by my fellow players. :)
Seriously... it is a vague and cryptic reference about an overzealous scion
who thought to mess with a proxie, and discovered just what a gods favor
can do to a mortal, and what the blooded can reap from it. If I'm smoking
crack on this one, someone let me know. In the meantime I will proceed to
hunt through the book.
