Priest spells from War sphere

As someone else pointed out, only a few deities grant the War sphere to
their priests (Cuiraecen and Belinik in BR). This wouldn't make them too
common. Though I'm surprised that Haelyn doesn't grant the War sphere, as
he's supposed to be the god of war (thus the War sphere), while Cuiraecen
oversees battle (the Combat sphere).

Many such distinctions have existed in historical mythology. Jupiter was
the god of Noble War for the Romans, and was placated by Commanders. Mars
was the God of everyone else in the army, and the Aristocrcay in general.

Who deserves the War sphere in the Latin Mythos, Jupiter or Mars?
