Does anyone know in what sorcebook I can find Kiergard, Rohrmarch and The
Harrow Marsh.

For Jay:

Kiergard and Rohrmarch can be found in Havens of the Great Bay. You won't find
the Harrowmarsh anywhere. Bug ted@wizards.com. He loves to hear about it.
