Hey folks!

I just recently got into BR and I absolutely love the setting! I am
feverishly running around trying to get my hands on as much material as I can,
a tough feat considereing most stuff is out of print. Anyway. . .

I'm about to start a campaign for one player and I'm a little confused
about the proper ratio of Adventures to Domain Turns. The Rulebook says 2:1 or
so, but I was wondering how you guys do it. What is a reasonable ratio and
what are the best ways to link the two. I have a copy of Legends of the Hero-
kings; should most adventures be presented like that (as fully fleshed out
random events)? Any tips or suggestions on this topic would be extremely
helpful!

Thanks so much.

Joe

PS- Any other tips on running a one PC campaign would be greatly appreciated,
especailly since we are both new to Cerilia.

Depends on the kind of campaign you like. I find it best to try and turn
the Domain Turns into role-playing activities, anyhow, so they're always
kind of "mini adventures" of a sort; use the domain actions as a framework,
and have the characters interact with NPCs to get stuff acomplished; give
'em a bonus to their success chance if they do real well (likewise,
penalize 'em if they act poorly/stupidly).
